Join Superlayer as the founding member of the sales team and take ownership of the entire sales cycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up, working closely with the CEO and shaping the product's strategy. We're looking for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales. You will be crucial in helping sales teams drive revenue growth through effective strategies and solutions.

Competenze

  • Track record of generating significant revenue and building relationships.

About us

  • Pipeline review (set cadence and create accountability)

The role

As the founding member of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from finding the right leads to closing deals. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to be at the forefront of innovation, plan strategically, and build the sales function from scratch.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, and your insights will be crucial in shaping the product's direction. Since our customers are salespeople, your goal will be to help them drive revenue growth, providing deep empathy for their pains and delivering value as an expert in Sales strategy and Execution leveraging Superlayer.

We value curious individuals who want to understand root problems, analyze them effectively, and develop elegant solutions. We also enjoy socializing after work, sharing a beer or three.

At Superlayer you will:

  • Define and execute plans to achieve your goals
  • Build relationships with executives across industries
  • Consult with prospects and existing customers on business objectives and requirements, demonstrating how Superlayer can help achieve their goals
  • Initially focus on SMB and Mid Market companies
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure we build what our users want
  • Hunt for new opportunities

About you:

  • You hold a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • You have experience as an Account Executive, VC Associate, or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance products
  • You are capable of opening and developing new markets and are an analytical thinker
  • You have a proven track record of generating significant revenue and building deep relationships
  • You are resourceful, creative, and able to solve business problems effectively, understanding how Superlayer fits into the bigger picture
  • You are a native English speaker
