Position Summary

As a Founder's Associate, you will support various functions across operations, customer experience, and business development. This versatile role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to help drive growth and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership on high-impact projects by working closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO on strategic initiatives requiring execution but lacking immediate ownership.
• Assist in hiring and talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires to support company growth.
• Support operational transitions and departmental needs by stepping into operational roles when there are gaps or urgent requirements.
• Contribute to expansion and market growth through market research, identifying potential new city launches, and supporting the setup of new locations.
• Help design and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies to scale the business effectively.
• Act as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
