Inscaler Overview

Inscaler provides fractional Sales Leader experts to help early-stage startups build and scale their first sales team. Acting as a Sales Co-Pilot, Inscaler partners with startups to accelerate their growth and achieve their goals efficiently. We have helped over 100 startups in just under 2 years across Italy, Germany, the UK, Spain, the US, and Ireland.

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Founder Associate at Inscaler. The Founder Associate will work closely with the founder, supporting across various areas of the business, including PA and admin tasks, invoicing, special projects, sales, and more.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently
• Experience supporting executive teams or creators
• Proficiency with Attio, Qonto, and Google Sheets is a plus
• Ability to work asynchronously on Slack

Must-haves

• Italian passport or residency
• Excellent English level (our business operates across Europe)
• Partita IVA / Contractor status (full-time employment is not possible due to company size)
• Experience with Slack and Google Sheets
