What we are looking for in you?

• A scientific/technical diploma or degree;
• 2-3 years of experience as a technical trainer;
• Technical background in safety and special machinery;
• Certifications for delivering training not only on safety but also for forklift, pallet truck, crane, work at heights, etc.;
• Attitude for training and classroom management;
• Willingness to travel nationwide;
• Excellent communication and teaching skills;
• Propensity for teaching and interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering training courses for workers, supervisors, managers, RLS, RSPP at internal training rooms or client sites;
• Managing courses with practical training components (fire prevention, work at heights, confined spaces, special machinery, etc.) at company test fields;
• Customizing teaching methods based on client and participant needs;
• Supporting the design and updating of training content in line with current regulations;
• Preparing technical documentation and training materials.
