Fendi Italia Srl in Italy, based in Fermo, seeks a Production Start-up Coordinator to manage external subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery. You will liaise between prototyping, the technical office, planning, and suppliers to secure smooth start-up processes.

The role requires 5-8 years of startup coordination experience, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fashion & luxury context. A competitive salary and bonuses are offered.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years’ experience in coordination and production start-up roles.
• Experience in Fashion & Luxury / Shoes is a plus.
• Excellent skills with Excel and strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor subcontractors' production capacity curves.
• Confirm and adjust production times during prototyping and industrialization.
• Define optimal launch schedule for cutting and stitching operations with planning.
• Update and monitor progress of technical releases after production start.
• Coordinate issuing of technical sheets, dies, and master samples; archive related docs.
