Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in Quality Control and/or Pattern Making in Performance Footwear/Sporting Goods.
• Solid expertise in Quality Control procedures and on-site inspections.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a fully English-speaking environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; reports writing and documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time) on a global level.

Mansioni

• Inspect Production samples for materials, colours, construction, fit, branding, and adherence to specs.
• Perform on-site inspections using measurement instruments to approve or reject samples (workmanship focus).
• Inspect packaging to ensure protection, retail presentation, and brand alignment.
• Investigate root causes and propose corrective actions to ensure production compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and track sample approvals/rejections.
• Communicate quality or packaging issues affecting production or delivery schedules.
• Maintain organized records of samples, inspections, approvals, packaging and related docs.
