  • Foster the daily relationship with our development partners and their suppliers , both in France and internationally.
  • Build, challenge and develop technical specifications with factories and external partners.
  • Organize and lead fittings, field tests and technical validations .

  • You are committed to respecting our playing field and its environmental challenges.
  • Beyond skills, we are looking for a personality that aligns with our values.
What will make the difference

We are primarily looking for a technical footwear expert , capable of moving from raw material to finished product and from prototype to industrialized product.

Ideally, you have a background in flexible materials, with a specialization in footwear , at an engineering level or equivalent.

You have at least 5 years of experience in product development , including significant experience in technical footwear , ideally in the outdoor or sports sector.

You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and are comfortable in both French and English , both written and spoken, in an international environment.

And above all…

You are known for your rigor, organization and autonomy .

You know how to manage several projects in parallel, prioritize your tasks and make decisions to move developments forward.

You are curious, pragmatic and solution-oriented. You like to understand, test, challenge and improve.

And of course, you have a genuine interest in the outdoor world: mountains, mountaineering, skiing, trail running, hiking or other nature sports.

The position involves regular travel within France and abroad to meet with our partners.

Why join Millet?
Because here, the product is not just a product.

This is the result of a mountain culture built over more than a century, a technical requirement and a community of practitioners that pushes us to do better.
