About the Role

We are seeking a FOOTWEAR CAD DESIGNER to join our Racing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product development to create innovative, high-quality, and technical footwear products.

Responsibilities:

1. 3D/2D modeling and design;
2. Managing production information flow and facilitating communication between the Footwear Department and internal/external stakeholders;
3. Creating LAB test requirements for each footwear collection item (outsole, plastic parts, mechanisms), linked to the Activity Plan;
4. Collecting QC documentation for approval processes (QC drawings from available 3D files; PPT files for QC checks);
5. Labeling for approval and distribution to production sites and internal departments as per QC procedures;
6. Maintaining regular communication with production sites and suppliers for R&D development activities (materials, flat sheet samples, injected parts, technical datasheets);
7. Discussing and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to product design and resolve material or process-related issues;
8. Recording all technical specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferably an education in Industrial Design;
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive or footwear industries;
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA) is required;
• Fluency in English.
