About the Role

We are seeking a FOOTWEAR CAD DESIGNER to join our Racing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product development to create innovative, high-quality, and technical footwear products.

Responsibilities:

• 3D/2D modeling and design;
• Manage production information flow, facilitating communication between the Footwear Department and internal/external stakeholders;
• Develop LAB test requirements for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism) aligned with the Activity Plan;
• Gather QC documentation for approval processes (QC drawings from 3D files, PPT files for QC checks);
• Label products for approval and distribute to production sites and internal departments as per QC procedures;
• Maintain regular communication with production sites and suppliers for R&D activities (material and flat sheet samples, injected parts, technical datasheets);
• Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure adherence to product design and resolve material/process-related defects;
• Record all technical specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferably hold an education in Industrial Design;
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive or footwear industries;
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA);
• Fluent in English.
