About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Technical Performance Manager to work on product development, implementation of new products, and defining industrial processes for Kinder products worldwide. You will operate in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with colleagues from various teams, factories, and stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and perform trials and experiments for product and process development projects.
  • Create new products and take ownership of industrial recipes.
  • Support project implementation from concept to product launch.
  • Leverage expertise on Kinder products made with wafers, creams, and other ingredients through lab, scale-up, factory, and taste trials.
  • Identify new ingredients suitable for Kinder moulded products and develop new recipes ensuring optimal organoleptic characteristics and shelf-life stability.
  • Define technological parameters for new products and improve existing processes using LEAN & AGILE methods.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, plant technologists, quality, R&D, and laboratory teams.
Who we are looking for:
  • Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology or a related scientific field.
  • Experience in R&D, quality, or technical roles, preferably in Chocolate Moulding, Cereals, or Wafer baking.
  • Skills in chemical, microbiological, sensory, and nutritional analysis, along with industrial process knowledge.
  • Creativity, innovation, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in Italian and English, willingness for international mobility, and availability for business trips.
  • Passion for our products, consumers, and category.
