Miscusi is the first Italian restaurant brand dedicated entirely to pasta. Food Technologist | Office
  • Miscusi is seeking a high-potential Food Technologist. Under the support of the Head of Sustainable Supply Chain, Miscusi aims to develop innovative solutions to enhance food preservation and deliver compelling Consumer Experiences, aligned with strategies set by the CEO.
  • You will:
  • Support research and development of new solutions
  • Work closely with the Operations team to execute projects using new tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure product standards and quality through process control and R&D
  • Ensure projects meet technical targets, deadlines, cost, and consumer needs as per internal stakeholders
  • Proactively scout for innovative solutions, technologies, and methodologies related to food preservation
  • Support the supply chain department with quality control processes and tasks related to procurement, production, and logistics
Qualifications
  • University degree in Food Science or Technology
  • Good knowledge of physicochemical properties of food, food trend tracking methods, nutrition testing, food commodities, and sustainability
  • Strong innovation mindset with skills in new product development, validation, and testing
