Miscusi is the first Italian restaurant brand dedicated entirely to pasta. We are new-generation Italians who want to make people happy by bringing the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to the world: friendship, tradition, hospitality, openness, creativity, and, of course, fresh pasta and great food. We started in our own country, Italy, with ten restaurants, an Online Shop, and a Farm, which will become the research and development centre for all our recipes and raw materials.
