About This Position

*** Hiring Bonus $2,500 ***

The Food Service Director plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens. This role oversees operational and financial responsibilities and supervises an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and Cooks involved in food preparation, serving, and clean-up in a secure correctional facility. Additional duties are assigned based on business needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment
• Valid driver's license
• ServSafe Certification
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
• Basic accounting and mathematical skills for reporting
