Accorhotel presenta una proposta di tirocinio Food & Beverage a Roma centrale presso JO&JOE. Il ruolo prevede accoglienza ospiti, servizio tavolo e supporto bar, con gestione eventi e relazioni con i clienti.

Il tirocinio offre mentorship continua, ambiente internazionale e buoni pasto giornalieri. Requisiti: passione per l'ospitalità, disponibilità a turni e conoscenza base dell'inglese; madrelingua italiana.

• Madrelingua italiana; inglese base per interazioni quotidiane con gli ospiti.
• Capacità di lavorare in team e buone doti comunicative.
• Flessibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e feste.

Mansioni

• Floor Service: accoglienza ospiti, prendere ordini, upsell e servizio tavolo per colazione/pranzo/cena.
• Bar Support: supporto al bar, caffetteria, drinks base e stuzzichini.
• Event Management: allestire e servire durante eventi privati e serate.
• Guest Relations: fornire informazioni su menu e servizi.
• Operations: pulizia, ordini e chiusure giornaliere con CRM e sistema operativo.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.

• Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.

• Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.

• Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.

Qualifiche

• Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic bonus.

• Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
