This is a full-time on-site role based in Venice. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, manage food service, ensure customer satisfaction, provide staff training, and handle budgeting for F&B operations.
The resort is a historic 900-year-old landmark featuring beautifully restored monastery buildings, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 15 acres of gardens with stunning views of the city. It offers 196 elegantly decorated rooms and suites, including the largest and most exclusive suite in Venice.
