Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Venice. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, manage food service, ensure customer satisfaction, provide staff training, and handle budgeting for F&B operations.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
2. Strong customer service and staff training skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proven leadership and team management skills
5. Previous experience in a similar role
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
