Job summary

This Italian FMCG company seeks a professional to support the Design and Execution of an Innovation Strategy across a segment or cluster. The role focuses on consumer-led product development, rapid prototyping, and managing simple technical workstreams to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and review trials, and build relationships with external partners, while maintaining English language proficiency and a passion for understanding

Qualifications

• Relevant Science Degree or experience in an FMCG product development/Technical role
• Proficient in English language
• Eager to understand and anticipate consumer behaviour
• Experience of concept development & rapid prototyping
• Experience of designing and performing simple benchscale / factory trials

Responsibilities

• R&D Programmes are built with the consumer in mind
• Product Development: manipulate recipes to meet consumer needs, review portfolio changes, improve manufacturing efficiency, design trials, and manage external partners
• Technical Project Management: project-manage simple tech workstreams, use data to inform decisions, and maintain stakeholder relationships
