Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Alba, Italy.

The role leads planning and delivery of market-winning commercial plans, balancing demand with supply to achieve budgeted volumes and maximise forecast accuracy. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, Category Development and Supply Chain to provide insights, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders behind a clear forecast for the business.

Lead planning cycle across Trade Marketing to ensure robust processes and timely delivery of key milestones.
Own the Sales Planning process and develop planning timetables, challenging commercial assumptions with insights from Category Development and Sales teams.
Develop Budget, SAF and S&OP plans with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing; provide analysis on performance and risks.
Manage 0–18 month rolling forecast across brands and categories; lead monthly brand and account reviews.
Oversee seasonal SKU planning, NPD launches and product changes to align with supply timelines and category goals.
Balance demand and supply by creating commercial scenarios to maximise profitability and product availability.
Coordinate weekly short-term forecasting with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain; present updates to regional leadership.
Seek opportunities to improve planning effectiveness and promote best practices.
