What you will do :

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs

  • Maintain knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role :

  • Excellent Hebrew (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and English (B2 level) skills
  • Experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
  • Will be a great plus :
