CM5M — Ci Metti Cinque Minuti Srls in Florence (Italy) is seeking a Social Content Creator / Videomaker with a strong visual eye. You’ll conceive, shoot and edit photo and video content tailored for social media, focusing on Reels, Stories and short-form formats for varied clients.

The role requires regular shoots at client premises across Florence and Tuscany. Some editing and prep work can be done remotely, with a hybrid work setup and a physically present shooting schedule.

Competenze

• Proven experience producing photo and video content for brands, companies or agencies.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating the quality of your work.
• Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form video language.
• Ability to independently manage a shoot, from preparation through to final delivery.
• Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, exposure and post-production.
• Strong video production skills, including shooting, camera movement, framing, audio and editing.
• Proficiency with editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software.
• A strong sense of pacing, music, sound design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt your visual language to different brands rather than applying the same style to every project.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy and the ability to handle multiple productions and deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food, travel, lifestyle or luxury is a plus.

• Develop and produce photo and video content for agency clients.
• Plan and manage studio and on-location shoots.
• Translate briefs, concepts and brand guidelines into effective visual content.
• Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form formats.
• Handle shooting, lighting, composition, movement and audio capture.
• Select and edit footage.
• Manage colour correction and colour grading.
• Work with music, sound design, pacing and audio-video synchronisation.
• Use contemporary editing techniques such as speed ramps, match cuts, masking, transitions and motion graphics whenever they serve the idea.
• Adapt content for different formats and social platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, copywriters, strategists and Project Managers.
• Develop new formats, visual languages and creative ideas for clients.
• Stay up to date with emerging social content languages, trends and production techniques.
