Volotea is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew for the Ancona base. You will ensure safety and deliver exceptional service to passengers across Europe, while enjoying a flexible, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English with additional languages a plus, and capable of meeting physical requirements. Location is Ancona with local mobility required to be ready on standby.

Competenze

• Minimum 18+ years old and eligible to fly.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• European passport and no criminal record.
• No tattoos visible; height 157 cm+ without shoes.
• Physically fit and able to swim 100 meters in 2:30.
• Reside within 60 minutes of Ancona airport; driving license and car recommended.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety and security on board and during take-off/landing.
• Deliver exceptional passenger service and handle situations calmly.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain high service standards.
