Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is recruiting cabin crew across Europe. No experience needed; you’ll start with a 6-week training course, complete exams, and earn Cabin Crew Wings. Expect early and late shifts with a fixed roster and extensive staff travel perks.

We seek customer-focused individuals with an outgoing personality, able to swim 25m, and capable of working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Recruitment events are held in Milan Bergamo with Crewlink, our recruitment partner.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.
• Outgoing, flexible, and able to work in a team.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts and rosters.
• Ability to communicate in English and pass language assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety and customer service to guests aboard Ryanair Group aircraft.
• Undergo a 6‑week training course with exams and obtain Cabin Crew Wings.
• Work a fixed roster with early/late shifts and enjoy staff travel perks.
