The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork to support store goals. Flexibility in scheduling and adherence to store policies are essential for success in this position.

• Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction and participate in safety initiatives.
