Kia Italia s.r.l., the National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an internship in its Business Product Management department.

Position: Fleet Used Cars Trainee

The trainee will work within the Sales Fleet Used Car team, reporting to the Fleet Used Cars Senior Manager. They will be involved in activities related to Used Car Remarketing and the Used Car program. Specifically, they will support the team in remarketing activities such as planning, defleeting, sales processes, reporting, and handling customer requests. Additionally, they will assist in deploying the Stock Locator by interfacing with dealers, suppliers, and European HQ.

Key Activities:

• Support remarketing and fleet database maintenance and updates
• Assist in weekly used car and company car forecasting reports
• Contribute to monthly used car reporting (sales, stock, warranties, auction, turnover, etc.)
• Participate in quarterly used car price approvals and monthly results review
• Manage interfaces with remarketing suppliers
• Handle used car order approvals, flow management in Kia and supplier systems, invoicing, logistics, and document management to meet sales targets
• Publish and manage employee used car lists monthly
• Process remarketing suppliers’ invoices
• Support the implementation of the Stock Locator project, including documentation and communication with dealers, KEU, and suppliers
• Collect and address dealer and customer requests and claims
• Collaborate with Company Car and Used Car Specialists on remarketing issues

The internship lasts three months, with a possibility of renewal for another three months. Meal vouchers are provided.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent

Skills:

• Fluent in Italian (mother tongue or fluent)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong numeracy skills and understanding
• Proficient in MS Office
