Job Opportunity at Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale

Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale, is seeking a candidate for a client company. The selected resource will be responsible for managing operational planning, coordination, and control of services including:

  1. Catering
  2. Office supplies
  3. Management of the company vehicle fleet

All activities must comply with contractual conditions and company procedures.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with signed contracts, monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing the progress of management flows in accordance with environmental and safety regulations, and managing related penalties.

Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or degree in scientific fields (STEM) such as Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills
  • Attributes: adaptability, flexibility, quality-oriented, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation, creativity, team spirit, ambition, and accountability
Additional Information

Contract: Initial 6-month temporary assignment with potential for evaluation for a permanent position

Training: Structured onboarding and training during the first two weeks

Compensation: €11.35 per hour

Work arrangement: Smart working agreement

Location: Rome South
