Fleet Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, including driver communication, document tracking, and handling all vehicle-related administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with accurate address and route information
• Track and manage driver documentation and deliveries
• Carry out all administrative procedures related to vehicle operations (registration, inspection, insurance, etc.)
• Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support fleet performance and compliance

Qualifications

• Must be residing in Italy
• To have a driver's license
• Experience in fleet or logistics operations is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Turkish and at least one of the following languages: Italian or English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
