Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale, is seeking a candidate for a role involving:

  1. Operational programming, coordination, and control of services including:
  • Restaurant services
  • Office supplies management (economato)
  • Management of the company vehicle fleet
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and company procedures.
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing the progress of management flows, and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations, including managing related penalties.
  • The company considers candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific STEM fields, such as:

    • Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent

    Requirements include:

    • 4-5 years of experience in similar roles
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, a results-oriented mindset, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation, creativity, teamwork spirit, ambition, and accountability.

    Additional information:

    • Initial temporary contract of 6 months with potential for extension based on performance
    • Structured onboarding and training during the first two weeks
    • Gross daily rate of €11.35
    • Smart working agreement in place
    • Work location: Rome South
