How you’ll live your ambition :

From our offices in Genoa , as a Preboarding Training Manager for onboard colleagues, you will be responsible for the implementation, development, and monitoring of pre-boarding training programs for EU and non-EU personnel, ensuring that newly hired staff acquire the technical and attitudinal skills necessary to fill the main on-board roles.

Responsibilities :

  • Chart the course of our training strategy, conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement coordinating with Talent Acquisition and HR Fleet Hotel Operations Partner teams.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives for EU FSE and NON EU Preparatory Schools training models.
  • Develop training materials coordinating with Head of departments to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each department.
  • Coordinate training logistic activities organizing travels & accommodation of all trainers and partners involved.

Get things right :

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs are aligned with operational development of each department.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.

What Makes You Unique :

  • Extensive experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on the training field.
  • Academic background in HR, Economics, Psychology, Business, International Studies, or Languages.
  • Experience in building strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and administration skills.
  • Data-driven approach and analytical mindset with advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset, along with Italian (mother tongue).
  • Natural teamwork capabilities that inspire others.
  • Willingness to travel.
