Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in discipline rilevanti, almeno 2 anni in procurement fleet o ruoli affini, e ottime capacità negoziali. Forte orientamento al risultato e gestione stakeholder internazionali sono richieste.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Economia, Business Administration, International Trade, Automotive Management o campi correlati.
• Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato).
• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in Purchasing, Procurement, Fleet Management o ruoli Commercial nel settore Automotive.
• Precedente esperienza con OEM automobilistici, costruttori, concessionari, leasing o noleggio è preferita.

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di acquisto veicoli in linea con Fleet Plan e requisiti di business.
• Negoziare prezzi, volumi, allocazione modelli, tempi di consegna e accordi commerciali con costruttori e fornitori.
• Gestire l'intero ciclo di procurement, dalla negoziazione alla finalizzazione del contratto.
• Rivedere e negoziare contratti, termini commerciali e condizioni di acquisto.
• Monitorare ordini veicoli e garantire consegna puntuale.
• Supportare operazioni di fleet con buy-back e accordi di deal.
• Coordinare attività di acquisizione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
• Monitorare redditività e performance di P&L legate all'acquisto di flotte.
• Analizzare trend di mercato, disponibilità veicoli e valori di rivendita nel settore.

• Fleet Buyer - Automotive Sector
• 100% Remote

Our client is a leading international company operating in the Automotive and Mobility sector, with a turnover of approximately €500 million and a strong presence across Europe. To support its growth strategy, the company is looking for a Fleet Buyer with experience in the Automotive industry to manage vehicle acquisition activities and develop strategic relationships with automotive manufacturers and suppliers.

Opportunità

• Execute vehicle purchasing activities in line with the Fleet Plan and business requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, model allocation, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements with Automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, from negotiation to contract finalization.
• Review and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and purchasing conditions.
• Monitor vehicle orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Support fleet purchasing operations through buy-back and dealing agreements.
• Coordinate ongoing acquisition activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor profitability and P&L performance related to fleet acquisition activities.
• Analyze market trends, vehicle availability, and residual values within the Automotive sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Automotive industry partners.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Automotive Management, or related fields.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Fleet Management, or Commercial roles within the Automotive sector.
• Previous experience dealing directly with Automotive OEMs, vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, leasing companies, or rental operators is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive market, vehicle purchasing processes, pricing structures, and fleet management dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
