It operates throughout Italy with 15 Operations Centres and over 1,500 collaborators. Responsibilities and Growth Opportunities:

  1. Provide general physiotherapy assistance in response to the health issues of Medicasa's clients.
  2. Develop and implement, independently or with other healthcare professionals, interventions for prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation related to motor skills, cortical functions, and visceral functions due to various etiologies, whether congenital or acquired.
  3. Ensure health education for patients; promote active participation in therapeutic decision-making.
  4. Perform specific physiotherapy interventions that are autonomous and complementary, including technical, relational, and educational aspects, in line with the PAI activities.
  5. Carry out care activities tailored to patient needs, considering age, gender, health condition, physical/psychological fragility, and respecting religious, ethnic, and linguistic specifics.
  6. Promote health and therapeutic education for patients and caregivers.
  7. Follow International Guidelines and Medicasa procedures.
  8. Ensure proper use and storage of materials and devices provided by Medicasa, and monitor clinical outcomes.
  9. Maintain accurate health and administrative documentation using the computerized Medical Record.
  10. Identify signs and symptoms related to the patient's clinical condition and assess potential risk factors.
  11. Fulfill professional legal responsibilities, adhere to ethical principles, and comply with the Deontological Code.
  12. Prepare periodic health reports and other documentation as required by the healthcare team.
  13. Participate in meetings organized by the operational center and health districts.
  14. Maintain professional development by acquiring ECM credits as per national regulations.
  15. Participate in training courses organized by Medicasa.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Possess a degree in health professions related to rehabilitation.
  • Be registered with the Orders of health, rehabilitation, and prevention professions, with up-to-date ECM credits.
