Hercle in Milano is seeking an Administration, Finance & Control Analyst to join the Finance team. You will manage financial reports, cash flow, payroll, and regulatory compliance to support the company’s growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in finance/administration, strong analytical skills, English and Italian fluency, and proficiency with AI tools and MS Office. Hybrid/remote options offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, administration, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial control, reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual closings).
• Analyse financial performance and report to CFO; support decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management.
• Oversee salary and payroll management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and compliance.
• Monitor budget, perform cost analysis, and suggest improvements.
• Support implementation and enhancement of financial control systems.
• Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Manage financial data within digital asset platforms and tools.
