Satispay in Luxembourg seeks a FinCrime Analytics Engineer to drive our data strategy, ensuring analytical data is readily available, well-structured, and aligned with operational needs. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role in a fast-growing fintech.

Design data architecture, build scalable pipelines, and implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL, Python and big data stack experience.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data governance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design Data Architecture and build scalable data models and pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity and high-volume batch processing for dashboards.
• Define AI-powered workflows for data transformation and exploration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into data models.
• Develop feature store capabilities for high-value features.
• Simplify complex data models for fast, reliable SQL queries.
