• Key Responsibilities
• Trading Support : Provide comprehensive trading support to Front Office desks in Milan and London, covering a wide range of asset classes, particularly Equities, Bonds, Financing, Listed and OTC Derivatives (FX, Interest Rates, Options, and Credit).
• Trade Analysis : Analyze trades to support Front Office desks either in standard or one-off deals. Perform first-level controls and ensure the integrity of market data in terms of completeness and accuracy prior to the End of Day.
• Trade Lifecycle Management : Manage the lifecycle of dealt trades through the Straight-Through Processing chain.
• Support Functions : Provide support to the Back Office and Accounting teams for pre-trade and post-trade processes, including reconciliation activities. Assist Financial Control team in explaining the profit and loss of banking and trading books.
• Internal Collaboration : Collaborate with various internal teams including Risk Management, IT, Project Management, Compliance, Audit and Legal.
• Product and Project Analysis : Analyze new products and projects, with a particular focus on the User Acceptance Testing phase.

• Educational Background : Master’s degree in economics or finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial service sector.
• Attention to Detail : Strong orientation towards detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality output.
• Problem Solving : Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Motivation and Team Spirit : Highly motivated, reliable, and strong team player.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with Murex and financial providers such as Eikon and Bloomberg is recommended.
