Job Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reviews.
• Ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure completeness of records.
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update cash flow reports and assist in cash forecasting.
• Help prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly reports in coordination with the FP&A team.
• Assist in process improvements within finance operations.
• Lead audit processes, including preparing documentation and schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of local accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Datev Koinos and Workday systems.
• 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactive mindset, ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate internationally.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with cash flow management is a plus.
