Competenze

Reporting to the Associate Director, Fund Services, this full-time, permanent position is based in Luxembourg and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Fund Services and its growth.

Key responsibilities :

  • Be the main point of contact for operational matters and critical issues, addressing them before disseminating work to team members and clients.
  • Manage a team of accountants / senior accounts, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages.
  • Support statutory filings such as tax returns, VAT returns, BCL reporting, CSSF reporting, FATCA / CRS reporting, liaising with advisors to ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and review Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values.
  • Understand and explain fund documents like subscription agreements, partnership, and shareholder agreements.
  • Review capital call and distribution notices, waterfall and equalization calculations, and investor / ad hoc requests.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and systematic approach.
  • 6-8 years of experience in audit / accounting, with at least 4 years in the Private Equity Fund industry.
  • Experience with fund administrators or fund managers, including management or supervisory roles.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
