Reporting to the Associate Director, Fund Services, this full-time, permanent position is based in Luxembourg and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Fund Services and its growth.

Key responsibilities :

Be the main point of contact for operational matters and critical issues, addressing them before disseminating work to team members and clients.
Manage a team of accountants / senior accounts, providing guidance and support.
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages.
Support statutory filings such as tax returns, VAT returns, BCL reporting, CSSF reporting, FATCA / CRS reporting, liaising with advisors to ensure timely submissions.
Prepare and review Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values.
Understand and explain fund documents like subscription agreements, partnership, and shareholder agreements.
Review capital call and distribution notices, waterfall and equalization calculations, and investor / ad hoc requests.

Key Requirements :

Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
Analytical, meticulous, and systematic approach.
6-8 years of experience in audit / accounting, with at least 4 years in the Private Equity Fund industry.
Experience with fund administrators or fund managers, including management or supervisory roles.
Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
