The mission of the Finance Function is to develop and implement the company's financial strategy, planning, and controlling activities in the short and medium/long term to support the company's profitable growth.

The successful candidate will support the Finance team and will perform the following activities:

• Support the Finance team in defining plans and budgets for GenAM, in accordance with the strategic guidelines set by the top management of the company.
• Monitor expenses with a focus on individual function budget consumption by providing weekly analysis and monthly deliverables to top management.
• Conduct revenue, costs, and cash analyses, including plan deviations or year-on-year analysis; deliver concise and effective reports.
• Assist managers in assessing new business opportunities through support with pricing analysis.
• Ensure the quality of finance data and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Finance with top grades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with PBI, Tagetik, or SAP environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
