Progetti Europa & Global S.p.A. is seeking a Financial Controller for its international subsidiaries. You will report to the Head of Group Financial Control and oversee monthly closings, budgets, and reporting across multiple foreign units.

The role requires a degree in Economics/Business Admin, 5 years in control/FP&A or related fields, and strong Excel/data analysis skills, with willingness to travel internationally. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Competenze

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Management Control, FP&A, Audit, or Consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Availability to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Support the monthly management closing process across international subsidiaries, ensuring deadlines and Group reporting procedures.
• Analyze financial and accounting data, prepare budgets and forecasts with focus on P&L.
• Prepare periodic management reports and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain and improve the Group's financial controlling model and reporting processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Controller – International Subsidiaries to support the economic and financial control of our foreign Subsidiaries, reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly management closing process across our international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with deadlines and Group reporting procedures.
• Analyze financial and accounting data, prepare budgets and forecasts, with a strong focus on the Profit & Loss statement.
• Prepare periodic management reports and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain and continuously improve Group's financial controlling model, supporting process optimization and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Management Control, FP&A, Audit, or Consulting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Availability to travel internationally
