Elawan Energy is a global operator in the renewable energy industry. We specialize in providing integrated solutions across the entire lifecycle of clean energy, from the promotion, development, and construction of wind farms, photovoltaic plants, and hydroelectric power stations to their operation, maintenance, and the sale of the generated clean energy. Currently, Elawan has 2.1 GW in operations and boasts an impressive portfolio of 8 GW in projects, with 2.5 GW in an advanced development phase and another 5.5 GW in an earlier stage.

Based in Milan, the Finance Analyst will manage and provide support with direct reporting to the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He/she will offer financial assistance addressing the Company's needs regarding compliance with specific obligations related to business development and management, compliance, and reporting according to the guidelines of the Financial Department and applicable legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for analytical closing (balance sheet, profit and loss, deviations) of certain projects and countries.
• Budgeting and forecasting with daily communication to the specific countries.
• Preparation of cash flows, calculation, and accounting of provisions.
• Supervision of project accounting.
• Node control and management.
• Ad hoc financial reporting.
• Support for organizational initiatives and procedures development.
• Supporting audit processes of Group companies.
• Additional role-related duties as required.

Experience : 2-5 years of experience with financial reporting or a related field. Working experience in the Renewables Industry would be valued.

Required skills : Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field. Expert knowledge of planning, controls, and finance. Professional fluency in English. Proficient use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Other added values: Suite O365, Microsoft Office Tools, and SAP (FiCo) are highly valuable.

Primary location is Milan, with availability for international travel.
