Your mission

As Controller, you will:

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Analyze performance and highlight areas for improvement
• Contribute to financial reporting, margin analysis, and forecasting
• Help implement Group financial procedures locally
• Collaborate on capex tracking and cash flow forecasting
• Support budgeting at both local and Group level

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 3–4 years of experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in multinational environments
• Solid knowledge of business analysis and financial reporting
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Team player with great communication skills
• Willing to relocate to Norway after an initial period in Milan
