Our Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
• Supporting the local CFO to prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.

Main Tasks

• Implement the controlling set-up over the new plant.
• Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
• Support the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Support the Purchase department in the management of trading goods inventory.
• Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
• Be the local expert on FICO SAP S/4HANA topics.
• Support the corporate team in developing new reports using SAP and Power BI.
• Support sales plan activities and periodical sales reports for the business unit.

Your Profile

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Required Skills: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI. Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, and sales control. Proficiency in MS Office.
