La risorsa sarà inserita nel ruolo di Financial Assistant, a diretto riporto del Finance Manager.

The Sales/Marketing Finance Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the sales and marketing departments. This position involves assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and ensure financial efficiency within the commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports related to sales and marketing activities.

- Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts, providing insights to stakeholders.

- Support the development of financial models to evaluate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

- Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather data for budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Monitor expenditures against budgets, highlighting any discrepancies or areas of concern.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for financial reporting and analysis.

- Compliance & Controls:

- Ensure all financial practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, BI).

- Understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
