Financial Analyst

To support our organization in a variety of areas. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Business Plan Modeling : Develop complex financial models to update the Business Plan and support strategic planning.
• Planning & Forecasting : Together with CFO, coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process with the Business Units, developing analysis models and ensuring consistency in assumptions.
• Investment Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, based on concrete data and reliable forecasts.
• Extraordinary Operations Support : Provide specialist support in fundraising and structured debt processes.
• Business Performance Analysis : Develop detailed analyses of business performance, identifying key trends and drivers to support operational decisions.
• Prepare and present financial and non-financial reports to senior management and non-financial stakeholders highlighting key metrics and trends, including creating ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Support to top management in Investor Relations and preparation of BoDs and Shareholder meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting companies or investment funds.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Data Management : Advanced experience in data management with software such as Power BI.

Adaptability, collaboration, and empathy.
