A leading cyber security company, Integrity360, is looking for a Financial Accountant in Pozzuoli, Italy. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing the month-end close while collaborating closely with the finance leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and the ability to work in a multi-location environment.

The Financial Accountant will assist with all accounting related functions to maintain effective accounting and reporting systems. The primary focus of the role is to ensure complete, accurate, and timely closing of the monthly and quarterly books and successful completion of external audits. A sharp focus on Gross Margins, Net Profits, Free Cashflow, and Shareholder Wealth Creation is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, month-end process, financial reporting, revenue reporting, analytical reviews, and fixed assets accounting. The role involves working with the finance leadership team to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s accounting systems, general internal controls, and reporting to meet company standards. A strong understanding of IFRS reporting and acquisition accounting is essential. The current finance team comprises 20 colleagues across Finance and MIS across Europe.
