Baralan is offering a paid internship to support the CFO in financial reporting and management control at the Group level. The role focuses on preparing periodic financial reports, consolidating data, and monitoring performance through KPIs.

You will analyze variances between budget, forecast and actual results, assist in budgeting/forecasting, and collaborate across functions. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Excellent command of English.
• Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
• Knowledge of accounting and Italian accounting principles.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis techniques.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with structured reporting and business intelligence tools, including report creation and use.
• A short international experience and/or previous experience in structured corporate environments will be considered a plus.
