Una società di gestione patrimoniale a Milano è alla ricerca di un professionista in amministrazione fondi per supervisionare le attività contabili e garantire la conformità normativa. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in economia, esperienza di 3-4 anni in SGR e competenze in finanza e contabilità. Offriamo un ambiente dinamico in un'azienda leader globale.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for :

  • Fund Administration – preparing management reports for assigned funds, verifying and integrating data from the accounting outsourcer, supervising general accounting, verifying and integrating periodic provisions and closing entries, preparing periodic reports in English for some funds, managing relationships with outsourcers, and other reporting activities.
  • Fund Financing – supporting negotiation phases of financing contracts, managing all related compliance activities, handling covenants and waiver requests, managing derivatives for interest rate and currency risk, and communicating with financing banks.
  • Regulatory Compliance – ensuring adherence to regulations from Banca d’Italia and the EU AIFM Directive related to finance activities.
  • Cash Management – overseeing payments, credit monitoring, and related activities for all managed funds.

Qualifications

  • Skills in economic and financial fields.
  • Knowledge of accounting and NAV calculation procedures.
  • Understanding of regulations from Banca d’Italia and the EU concerning collective investment schemes.
  • Previous experience in an SGR (preferably real estate) in the same role or experience in a Big Four audit firm for at least 3-4 years.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
