Xiaomi Technology invites a finance internship in Lombardy to support channel financial processes, settlements, reconciliations, and KA performance analyses. You will help collect data and summarize channel business scenarios while gaining rapid exposure at a fast-growing company.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Finance or Accounting with strong Excel skills and fluent English, plus good analytical and communicative abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong MS Excel skills and advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to perform in-depth data mining and issue solving.
• Excellent communication, responsibility, and analytical summarizing skills.
• Fluent English communication; other languages a plus.

Job description

• 1. Support channel financial process management, including channel transaction settlement, reconciliation, accounting treatment and channel KA performance analysis.
• 2. Support the data collection, get an independent understanding on channel business and summarize current channel business scenarios.

Job requirement

• 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or University degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting or similar majors.
• 2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• 3. Ability to do in-depth data mining, excellent issue finding and solving skills.
• 4. Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill.
• 5. Fluent written and verbal communication in English, other language skills are plus.
