Job description:

We are looking for a motivated young professional to join our Finance Team. If you're eager to learn, passionate about finance, and excited to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Finance Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience in treasury operations and cash management, while supporting the team with key financial processes.
Your Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position, ensuring liquidity is maintained for operational needs
* Oversee cash forecasting, short-term borrowing, and investment management to maximize cash utilization and minimize financial risk
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and treasury procedures
* Work closely with internal teams to optimize cash management processes and align financial strategies with business objectives
* Assist in managing foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies
* Analyze and report on treasury operations, including cash flow trends and investment performance
* Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions
* Support with treasury-related audits and regulatory filings

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience
* Basic knowledge of financial concepts like corporate finance
* Interest in finance is a plus
* Strong English skills, both written and spoken
