In this role, you support the development of a strategy for the order-to-cash function, which includes people development, performance management, system utilization, automation, risk mitigation, compliance, and community management. What you need is:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and/or other globally recognized financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.; a master's degree is an added advantage
  • Experience of at least five years in leading vision/strategy development, project methodologies, and operational excellence to ensure lean operations; competence to educate, inspire and train employees
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and strong stakeholder management at all levels in a global matrix environment. Proven ability in stakeholder management and a proactive hands-on approach
  • Strong grasp of the tools used for marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is a bonus
  • Geographically mobile, open to joining our team in Milan, Manchester or Kuala Lumpur
