Kings League is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting, budgeting and reporting for its Lombardy operations. You will partner with FP&A and regional teams to drive planning and accuracy of forecasts, while ensuring compliance and robust financial controls.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate concise executive summaries to senior management. Based in Lombardy, it offers strategic influence across the group and ongoing cost optimization

Formación

• More than 6 years of experience in a Finance Manager position.
• Studies in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting/financial software.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to concisely provide executive summaries.

Responsabilidades

• Direct responsibility for technical accounting, cost control, budgeting and management reporting.
• Partner with global FP&A and regional finance teams on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare, analyze and validate consolidated and combined financial statements, including Shareholders' Equity and Cash Flow.
• Lead the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and financial plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Oversee monthly Flash and Closing processes and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for executives, shareholders and the Group.
• Analyze financial performance and key variances versus budget, forecast and prior periods, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with the executive team to review business performance, support strategic decision-making and coordinate operational planning.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and drive EBITDA improvement.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and support contract-related financial matters.
• Present financial results and business insights during management, staff and business review meetings.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in Finance Manager position.
• Studies in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Proficient in computer tools (MS Office) and accounting/financial software.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to concisely provide executive summaries to senior management
• Strong analytical problem solving skills, with the ability to drive data analysis and draw appropriate conclusions about results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with various stakeholders to meet objectives and deadlines.
