Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Manager to support the After Market Service (AMS) team with specific focus on EU Recommerce activities in order to reduce cost of returns. AMS finance team owns driving initiatives that reduce cost of returns and enhance the returns customer experience, among others, and the FM will be vital to its success.
As the Finance Manager, you will partner directly with the business and ops teams to identify the right business strategies, help define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting. As a key member of the team, you will directly influence business decisions including customer experience, business model, pricing, and long term vision. You will have a strong operational and controllership mindset as we continue our mission to build best-in-class reverse logistics processes.

- Creating, improving, and maintaining financial models to evaluate programs within the Returns & ReCommerce business
- Gathering analytical insights and develop financial frameworks to help grow profitability
- Completing cost/benefit analyses and communicate key drivers/inputs to support business decisions
- Facilitating financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management
- Creating, improving, and maintaining financial metrics, reports and scorecards
- Communicating financial and business results including variance analyses to senior business leaders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA
