A leading company is seeking a Finance Manager EMEA to join their HQ Finance Team. This role involves managing the accounting and tax compliance for parent companies, preparing consolidated financial statements, and coordinating accounting teams across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in similar roles, knowledge of IFRS, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international company or Audit Consulting Firm.
• Background in accountancy is essential.
• Availability to travel about 30% of the time.

For our client company, international manufacturing environment, we’re looking for an :

FINANCE MANAGER EMEA

The person will join the Finance Team in HQ and will report to the CFO. He / she will be responsible for accounting and consolidation area for the EMEA subsidiaries. The role is both operational and management related.

Main responsibilities :

• Management of Accounting and tax compliance for the parent companies
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement (IFRS based)
• Audit of statutory financial statements
• Coordinate local accounting teams and / or local advisors
• Make sure of reporting compliance
• Cash flow management
• Budget and forecast
